WHO WE ARE
We are dedicated to the production and distribution of cod. La Barajilla SL was established in 1998, currently located in Irún (Gipuzkoa) in a strategic point of the national geography, near the main maritime routes, with a total of 1600 m2 distributed in two floors, provided with 1 freezer chamber, 3 cold rooms and refrigerated hallway.
WHAT WE DO
At la Barajilla SL we import, prepare and distribute both salted cod and frozen point-of-salt cod, coming mainly from the fishing grounds of the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Norway and Alaska , adapting to the evolution of the market and adjusting to the specific needs of each client.
QUALITY POLICY
We import and prepare salt cod mainly from the Faroe Islands, Norway and Iceland. Only the highest quality cod is chosen, enabling us to adapt to the changing market and to meet the specific needs of each client.
We have proven experience, backed by three generations in the cod sector and we put special interest in taking care of the details, fostering a close relationship with our clients and offering them a personalized service.
